Pump body: It is the main body of a diaphragm pump, usually made of metal or plastic, with a diaphragm divided into upper and lower chambers in the middle. The lower chamber is the medium suction chamber, and the upper chamber is the medium extrusion chamber.
Diaphragm: A thin film that separates the upper and lower chambers, usually made of elastic materials such as rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. Its function is to prevent the mixing of media between the upper and lower chambers.
Air driven part: It is the driving force source of the diaphragm pump, usually composed of valves, pistons, air driven membranes, etc.
Valves: The valves of pneumatic diaphragm pumps are divided into inlet valves and outlet valves. The inlet valve controls the vibration of the air driven membrane through compressed air, opens or closes the inlet valve to control the entry of the medium, and the outlet valve is used to control the outflow of the medium.
