The VZB type vortex self-priming electric pump, hereinafter referred to as the electric pump, is a marvel of engineering comprised of three main components: the motor, the seal, and the water pump. The motor is a single-phase asynchronous motor, equipped with an internal protection device, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. The pump features a vortex impeller structure and boasts a unique cavity with a self-suction function. A single-end mechanical seal connects the pump and motor, while an 'O' type oil-resistant rubber seal ring provides a static seal at the fixed sealing end. Working Condition
The electric pump is designed to operate continuously under the following optimal conditions:
1. The working medium should be non-corrosive clear water. The volume ratio of sand content in the medium must not exceed 0.10%, and the particle size should not be larger than 0.20mm.
2. The medium temperature should not exceed 40°C, with a medium pH value between 6.5 and 8.5.
3. The power supply frequency should be 50Hz, with a single-phase voltage of 220V. The voltage fluctuation range should be between 0.9 and 1.1 times the rated value.
