Product Description

The working principle of a multi-stage pump mainly relies on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. By installing guide wheels on the outside of each impeller in a segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump, part of the kinetic energy of the liquid is converted into static pressure energy, and the liquid is guided to the inlet of the next impeller through radial reflux. The function of the guide wheel is to slow down the liquid discharged from the impeller, causing it to slowly enter the positive guide vane in the same direction as the liquid flow rate. It continues to flow outward along the positive guide vane, gradually reducing its speed and increasing its static pressure energy. When it reaches the outermost chamber of the guide wheel, the flow rate is the smallest and the static pressure energy is the highest. After the liquid flows out of the positive guide vane, it bypasses the internal spacing plate of the guide vane along the axis, and then flows inward along the reverse guide vane, reducing the annular flow rate and entering the next impeller along the axis. This working principle enables multi-stage pumps to achieve higher head by increasing the number of impeller stages to meet specific pressure requirements. The structure of a multi-stage pump includes a suction section, a middle section, a discharge section, and guide vanes. It horizontally sucks in liquid and vertically discharges upwards, suitable for situations that require high head, such as mine drainage, urban and factory water supply, etc
